Five Tips to Overcome the Mid-Career Crisis

It was just one of those months. Clients were having big birthdays (the ones with 0’s attached) and with them came the inevitable career questions. It turns out that on average, career satisfaction typically bottoms out around age 40 before a gentle increase occurs as the years progress from there. But we've noticed dips about every decade. Am I where I’m supposed to be? Is this as far as I’m going to go? What will the future look like from here? Kickstart Your Management Practice


To mark our 10th Anniversary, we are introducing the much requested NEXT LEVEL Bellrock Management Training. Six sessions for our previous graduates to stretch their management practice and build further capacity in their organizations. Tough conversations that develop people, deep dive into dashboards, on-boarding and performance evaluation, how to manage change, how to manage your boss....this six session program will start in September, 2019 and will only be run once in this format.
