Our new space will start on the 3rd
floor of the building that we'll use for workspace and a meeting room. By summer we'll have the 2nd
floor for additional workspace and a large boardroom, and by the fall we'll have the entire 1st
floor for event space and lounge area that can accommodate much larger events. We're thrilled to be able to ease in to this space that will grow with us.
We'll also have a full kitchen on both the 2nd
floors, perfect for community meals, food-related focus groups, and cooking demonstrations and workshops.
The owner of the building is very forward thinking and is onboard with our needs and wants for things like living green walls on each floor, solar panels on the roof, and growing our own vegetables for salad days.
We'll start off the new space with a great deal for new memberships if you sign up before we open
$100 part time (10days/mo) for Mar and Apr
$200 full time regular (all month) for Mar and Apr
$275 full time permanent (all month) for Mar and Apr
Your last month membership fee and HST still apply, but be sure to take advantage of this great deal for two months.

Now Welcoming Heavy Phone Users!
We've had to say no to folks who are on the phone a lot, such as those in sales, event planning, public relations, media, etc, because our space wasn't conducive to the additional distractions for those who work more quietly. Our new space can accommodate heavy phone users in one part of the space. Now there's space for everyone!
Private Office Available
One private office on the 3rd
floor is also available. Suitable for 2ppl (maybe 3, depending on how you arrange the furniture), the room can be available for $600/mo. First and last and HST also applies.
When we expand to the 2nd
floor, there will be another office of the same size available, as well as another room that is slightly larger and suitable for 4ppl.
