Want to spend your summer outside, learning about Lake Erie science and making connections that will last a lifetime? Applications are now open for 2018 Stone Lab summer classes!
An independent review panel has selected the research projects that will receive Ohio Sea Grant funding in 2018-2020. Projects cover a wide range of Lake Erie issues, from fisheries to pharmaceuticals.
Ohio Sea Grant and the NOAA Marine Debris Program invite students in grades 9-12 who live in Lake Erie coastal counties to participate in a PSA contest.
The 2018 Stone Lab Winter Program is scheduled for February 19, 2018 at the Longaberger Alumni House on Ohio State's Columbus campus. Save the date for now, as we'll have more information soon!
The Anthony Wayne would be the first shipwreck in Ohio waters to receive the designation.
The ship is also included in Ohio Sea Grant's Lake Erie Shipwrecks & Maritime Tales brochure, a guide to shipwrecks along Lake Erie for divers and snorkelers.
