Dear Alumni,

This is the last of the fall 2016 term of the Pi Kappa Alpha - Lambda Omega Newsletters. We are eager to keep our alumni involved with the current status of our chapter. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or recommendations!

On November 15th, we held our annual Dream Girl event. The competition was fierce and the event was very successful with 200+ people in attendance! One of the rounds of the competition involved which girl could collect the most articles of clothing to be donated to The Blessed Sacrament Parish Church in Baltimore. Our beloved Dream Girl -- Alyson Miller of Alpha Xi Delta -- stepped down. We would now like to welcome our new Dream Girl -- who was able to donate 493 articles of clothing -- Megan Sauter of Phi Sigma Sigma! She will serve as our Dream Girl for the 2016-2017 term!

On December 13th, Alpha Omicron Pi and PIKE held their annual Holiday For The Kids Event. This years location was Highlandtown Elementary/Middle school in Baltimore. Every child was extremely grateful for the gifts they received!

After a successful 2015-2016 term, the current Executive Board is finished up with their positions and are helping the new men transition to take over where they left off. On November 20th, seven men stepped up and were voted into positions that will lead the Lambda Omega Chapter for the 2016-2017 term!

We would like to welcome our new Dream Girl in the center Megan Sauter of Phi Sigma Sigma and our two Lily of the Valley's Ali Hinman (Megan's left) and Mary Manley (Megan's right). We approached the Blessed Sacrament Parish Church in Baltimore about doing a food drive for share-a-meal program and they told us that they are in desperate need of warm clothes for the holiday instead. So we decided to make one of the rounds in our Dream Girl competition a clothing drive for the church! We collected 1,200 articles of clothing from the contestants and 493 from Megan Sauter alone! After just one day, HALF the clothes were taken to use by members in the community. Marie, the church volunteer we work closely with, spoke at our Dream Girl event to tell our 200+ guests how much the church's partnership with PIKE has meant and helped them!
This is the design of our fall PR shirts. They are long-sleeved comfort colors and available in navy blue and red.
Alpha Sigma held a dodgeball tournament called "Dodging Cancer for Geisser" for their brother who was recently diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Our PIKE brothers attended the event and won first place!
We had 12 brothers attend the most recent PIKE University event held in philadelphia, Pennsylvania! These brothers learned material that could be brought back to Towson to better our chapter. They also got a chance to mingle with other Chapters in the USA and Canada!
Sisters of AOII and brothers joined together in groups of 5 to pitch in and give these children a christmas that they probably would not have had. Each child was paired to a group and gave a list of the top 5 things they really wanted. The brothers were ecstatic to give these children their gifts. It was priceless to watch the looks on these kids faces when they unwrapped their gifts that Santa handed to them!
Left: We would like to congratulate brothers Tyler Kerr, Ryan Edmunds, Tim Wilcox, Shawn Woodlin, and Alex Prochnicki as they become Pi Kappa Alpha alumni and graduate from Towson University!

Right: We would like to congratulate brother Joshua Bregman (left) for getting elected VP of recruitment and Tommy Aubin (right) for getting elected VP of public relations for the International Fraternity Council for the 2016-2017 term.
We would like to welcome the Executive Board for the 2016-2017 term! These men have worked extremely hard to earn the right to lead our chapter!
