Coming out of the woodwork with a new video! 🎥

Hi Everyone,

On our first episode of Convos with Bellini, we mentioned the Henry Ford quote, "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." Although it is debated whether he actually said this, this quote has become the old adage whenever is user research is debated. So, let's chat about what this quote means and how it affects user research.

You might be looking to your customers to help guide your next big business expansion, pivot your product direction, or even whether to start that startup you’ve been dreaming of. In episode 2, we discuss the topic: How do you ask the right questions so that they point you in the right direction?

Convos with Bellini: Ep 2
