Apprentice of the Month and Highly Commended awards

Last November saw CoTrain awarding two of the apprentices for their achievements on site. The winner of the CoTrain Apprentice of the Month for November was Josh Alesiani. Working with ISG on a Ministry of Justice project, he was nominated by Lee Pestell, Senior Site Manager. 

Rebecca Ford was awarded Highly Commended for November. She is an apprentice site manager, currently working with Mace Construction. Rebecca was nominated by Mark Morris, Associate Director for Construction, who noted that Rebecca had identified efficiency improvements that could be made for managing in house training.  Read more here >>
CoTrain Apprentice works with Wates to help implement CLOCS on site 

CoTrain Apprentice Chris Waddell is currently working with Wates as a trainee Site Manager and during summer 2018, was asked to also take on the role of Logistics Manager. Committed to this new role and after finding about the CLOCS National Standard, Chris went about finding out how CLOCS could be used on the site in the future.  Read more >>
