BROKEN TETHER:

 THIS IS NOT THE END

Although it is rare, occasionally one of your mega athletes may do something that snaps the tether. Don't loose your tether, have a read of this document and you may be one of the lucky ones who can simply re-tie it. If not, we can help - send the unit back to us for repair.

WORN VELCRO:

 PUT YOUR STRAP ON

With all the reps and sets, the Velcro strap will need replacing every few years. Watch this video to see how easy it is to give your PowerTool a new velcro strap.

These straps are available for purchase through our shop.

BATTERY SERVICE:

 DUST OFF THE COBWEBS

Don't feel ashamed if your PowerTool has been on the shelf for a while. Whilst the battery has exceptional life - needing charging once a week it can require a restart if its been a few months between sets. During extended periods of inactivity, the PowerTools battery will automatically disconnect itself as a self-preservation mechanism.
