With the release of iOS 10 we have had customers encounter the 'red light' lock up on their PowerTool. Presently, we are working with Apple on this and believe it has to do with a buffer over run occurring between the PowerTool and any Bluetooth connected device. Yesterday (25th October), Apple released 10.1 which has a bug fix of "improved communicationss with 3rd party devices". Please update to this version ASAP and let us know if you continue to have any issues.

To free the device (if it still occurs), disconnect the PowerTool and then reconnect it. We have found that by asking all athletes to disable Bluetooth on their devices does help and can assure you that Apple and our development team are working to get this sorted.

Book a time with us for your personalised training session with the GymAware app to see how as a coach, you can easily configure exercise targets and goals at both an individual and squad level basis.

Those focusing on velocity based training will find it easy to implement exercise targets whilst squads gain additional performance motivation from the real-time leaderboard feature that integrates with the GymAware Cloud service.
