Poverty Reduction Initiative AmeriCorps Opportunity

The Poverty Reduction Initiative (Kalamazoo) is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in communications to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America).

The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing marketing materials, writing newsletters, creating promotional videos, spearheading online advocacy, managing databases, writing press releases, strengthening media relations and updating the website, blog and other online materials.
