Dear Friend,

This week in Learn, Love, Lead! a video for you to keep your advocacy energy and inspiration going strong!

Check out this video: "Kids Meet a Native American Politician". The video features some wonderful kids asking smart questions and learning from Council Member Asa Washines (Yakama) about policy advocacy and about American Indian culture. Asa is an advocate and a member of the Yakama Nation Tribal Council. Watch this video on your own and share it with a kid in your life.

Watch the video on youtube (there is a short ad first) or on Children's Alliance Facebook page.
With so much at stake for kids in Congress right now, we all have to sustain our advocacy energy. If you haven't taken action yet to protect kids' health care and oppose the bad tax bill in Congress, add your voice now:

Tell your members of Congress to renew the Children's Health Insurance Program and help Washington's kids grow up healthy.

Tell your members of Congress to OPPOSE the bad tax plan that take resources from our kids to fund tax breaks for millionaires

Our movement is strong and growing! Share this message with someone you know who wants to speak up for Washington's children and families.

Thank you for all you do for kids.
