It wasn’t all bad luck for Darren though, as he won the St Andrews Handicap Trophy competition for his efforts.
Congratulations therefore to John, Stuart and Darren, and we hope they will accept their invitation to join the rest of winners, and many other club members at the Annual Club Prizegiving on Friday 21st October. Make sure that date is in your diary, as organisation is well under way for that evening.

The Texas Scramble, held on Sunday 17th July was won by Kenny Barbour, Mark Brodie, Alex Paton and Paul Alexander with a 55.9. Well done team!

And finally, the last result was more recent, the Tuesday, 26th July Medal, won by Andrew Brawley with a fantastic 64 playing off 21.

Apart from the winners, a big thank you to the many players who took part in all the competitions, and make them so competitive, yet enjoyable. There is still much to play for in the season, with the Competitions Finals day scheduled for Saturday 17th September.
