EWHC Small Group Mentoring Program EWHC will engage with and connect outstanding women in healthcare to accelerate professional growth in a supporting atmosphere.
The Case for Mentoring Women are significantly underrepresented in the highest ranks of health leadership. This has been proven to lower financial performance, undermine retention of high performers, and contribute to blind spots in patient care and workplace culture.
Support networks, mentors, and sponsors are important for career development. To make meaningful change, the mission of gender equality needs to be amplified through communities: to enable connectedness through collective wisdom, spur accountability, and find role models for inspiration and courage.
Participants will be grouped with 4-5 other EWHC members at different stages in their careers. Mentor program participants should be able to meet monthly (dates, times and locations will be determined by each group) and a make a six-month commitment to the program.
It's not too late! Application deadline has been extended to this Friday, March 8th.
Program Kick-off Reception will be held in early March.
Please note that there is a $75.00 Program fee to cover administrative and reception costs.
