NSRA Nats East in
Last weekend marked the first NSRA Nationals East since they have opened their shows up to later model cars. Previously reserved to pre-1949, now the mostly street rod and hot rod populated fairgrounds were scattered with mild to wild customs and muscle cars. It was pretty exciting to walk the show and see '50 Mercs sitting next to chopped three-window coupes and highboy roadsters. Here are some photos highlighting the event!
From left to right: '34 Ford coupe, Bucky Hess, Martinsburg, WV. '34 Ford coupe, Jason Sheets, Hagerstown, MD. '29 Model A Sedan, Gary Abato, Lafayette, NJ. '32 Five-window, Nick Abato, Sussex, NJ. '30 Model A five-window, Jay Laughlin, Hamburg, NJ. '34 Ford five-window, Frank Mundrick, Boonton, NJ.
We didn't catch the name of the owner of this car but, it is hard not to like this bright red Packard convertible.
'32 Ford, Ray Williams, Wyoming, RI.
'56 Dodge, John D'Angelo, Morganville, NJ.
'53 Mercury, Dan DiGuard, Douglassville, PA.
'32 Ford roadster, Jack Fuller, Hampton, VA.

I was able to climb in this one on one condition, I had to wear the helmet. Safety First! '40 Ford coupe, Terry Linkous, Poquoson, VA.
