 Not much is known about the Mysterious Phantom.The erie sounds of the Phantom's theremin-laced music can be heard drifting through hudson valley cemeteries and deserted, burned out & forgotten homes...
You never know when the Phantom will strike but he usually makes an appearance at Newburgh's Psychedelic Zombie Barbecue, hosted by the Wherehouse Restaurant
