Do you have this dilemma: you have positive feelings about the many ways working forests help our environment and our economy, but you have a hard time finding the right way to share the reasons why?

You’re absolutely not alone. You need a “go to” resource for information about Washington’s working forests. We created the new workingforestsaction.org to fill that important need.

Every week, a lot happens that affects forestry, both positive and not. It’s challenging just to keep up, much less to decide how events may impact working forests here in Washington. And if you find out about something you feel strongly about, how do you even begin to act in ways that could make a difference?

Visit the updated workingforestsaction.org site and poke around. Be sure to bookmark it for easy access.

And it’s only a starting point. We’ll frequently update the content so that finding and sharing interesting and factual information about the positive role of modern forestry in our lives is simple and productive.

Most important, we’ll be adding tools and features to assist you when you want to convert your personal education on the issues into something more: action.

Of course, please feel free to send us feedback or ideas at info@workingforestsaction.org. We respect your time and will read and reply to every email.
