With the long weekend approaching, come pick up all your summer BBQ veggies and salad fixings!

Calling all Market enthusiasts!

Our Farm Gate Sales are in full swing, and we could use a few more hands to help us out!  Do you love the Farm?  Love meeting your neighbours?  Good with cash?  Join us on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays to help us sell our delectable produce to community members.  If you're interested, reply to mary [at] ediblegardenproject [dot] com.  We hope you'll join us!

Workbees:

Wed. July 30, 5-6:30pm (Potluck 6:30-7pm)
Sat. August 9, 1-3pm

Come out to our next work bee and help us wrestle with the newest plant invasion (aka weeds).   Or join the compost social, with muscle-building and aromatherapy as added benefits!

Our community potlucks are always lots of fun - meet your neighbours, share a meal and gardening tips. There is always lots to learn, and it's fun for the whole family! No need to have volunteered before the potluck - just come join us!

If you've never volunteered with us and have questions, check out the FAQs on our website

Feature Recipe:

Cherry tomato & Basil Salad

Most of you probably don't need a recipe for this simple salad, but there's really nothing better than sun-ripened cherry tomatoes, basil & olive oil at the peak of summer.  This version adds corn & mild bocconchini.  Enjoy this weekend with this fresh & summery salad.
