Farm to Feast

Thursday, August 6th, 5pm-9pm
Loutet Farm, 14th Street and Rufus Ave
 
Every child should have the opportunity to fall in love with fresh picked produce, to choose kale over candy, and to learn with their hands in the soil.
When you attend the Farm to Feast, 100% of the proceeds will bring North Shore children and youth into our school garden programs. They will learn where their food comes from, how to grow their own, and why good food is so important to their health!
 
MENU:
Shaved Seasonal Vegetable Salad

Loutet greens, Watermelon radish, Yellow Beets, Rainbow Carrots, Hazelnuts, Sherry Vinaigrette

Yellow Tomato & Lemongrass Gazpacho
Yellow Tomatoes, Lemongrass, Herbs, Chili, Lime, Fried shallot

Slow Roasted Beef
Cauliflower-Potato Puree, Summer Squash, Cherry Jus
or
Eggplant Parmesan (vegan)
Grilled Eggplant, Cashew Ricotta, Walnut Pesto, micro greens

Grilled Peach Shortcake
Peach, Buttermilk Biscuit, Cream
or
Grilled Peach with Coconut (vegan)
Peach, Coconut Cream

Each course paired with Summerhill Pyramid Winery and Bridge Brewing beverages.
