Arcadia's Spring 2016 Edible Garden Tour

Great news! Your urban gardeners and farmers are back this spring for your viewing pleasure! We just set our date for the upcoming Spring 2016 Arcadia Edible Garden Tour, and are now accepting reservations for this inspiring event! Our tour participants have been busy turning their soil and preparing their Spring gardens!

This season we are happy to announce that we have nine lovely mini farms and urban gardens spread throughout the Arcadia neighborhood and downtown Phoenix. We have found some "not to be missed" gardens that really need to be seen that are a bit outside of the neighborhood, but are WELL worth the short drive to see them!

On Saturday, May 7th, we will again invite the community to our Spring Arcadia Edible Garden Tour.
Please click here
to be taken to our website to purchase your tickets.  Tickets are limited.  If you would like to attend we encourage you to please purchase early. The last tours have sold out very quickly!

This event will be a great morning and early afternoon filled with urban edible gardens large and small! A wonderful assortment of local produce and jams,  salad dressing , organic seeds, soaps, vegetable starts and more will be available at our Neighborhood Garden Market for yourself and gift giving pleasure for the upcoming holiday season. This is a fabulous event to bring friends with you to see how productive you all can be on a residential lot here in Arizona!

We really enjoyed seeing all of the guests last season, and having the opportunity to share what we do, and how we produce so much food in our yards.  Here are some comments from our previous tours:

"WOW...we are impressed!!  Just wanted to pass along to all how much we enjoyed the tour yesterday. We learned a lot and enjoyed meeting many of the homeowners/gardeners...
A. Gieszl -  Scottsdale, AZ

We are nubies to the whole Southwest gardening experience. Coming from the Northeast, there's a big learning curve and I've been intimidated up until last year when a stuck a toe in my first few raised beds. Always something to learn. It was so nice to see the different stages/ages and diversity of gardens. Thanks again for your hospitality and willingness to share,we really appreciate it.
Kathy - Phoenix, AZ

What a wonderful Edible Garden Tour!!!  The gardens could not have been more abundant and the weather was near perfect..
Every garden had such clever and interesting landscape for growing your own veggies. Looking forward to next year’s tour.
S. Schumacher - Paradise Valley, AZ
