Redlands Tea Party Patriots
1994 Conservative Revolutionary Headlining Our June 4 Meeting
Steve Stockman, a Washington conservative insider since first elected to Congress as part of the Newt Gingrich Revolution in 1994, will discuss a wide variety of topics at our June 4 meeting.

Where to start with Steve?

Oh...let's see...Steve has run 18 campaigns, winning 16 of them using innovative techniques to help conservative underdogs win their elections. He played a key role as a US House staffer investigating the Clinton-Obama Benghazi debacle. He recently returned from the Middle East where he gained key insights to Obama's Iranian nuke giveaway. Currently, Steve is traveling the country helping conservative coalitions. He is a big believer in grassroots organizations -- like the Redlands Tea Party Patriots -- in winning elections and issues. This issue is particularly important to us because the Redlands Tea Party Patriots are part of Unite IE, a coalition of two-dozen conservative organizations in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

In addition to all that, Steve is expected to share with us strategies he has learned to successfully advance the conservative message.

But there's more!

Joining Steve on stage on June 4 is Paul Chabot, whom you may well know as a 2016 congressional challenger to Pete Aguilar, our resident (and quite embarrassing) socialist and Marxist in Congress. What you may not know is Paul is also a US Navy Reserve intelligence officer who was stationed in Iraq in 2008. Paul will present his strategy regarding how to defeat ISIS.

But there's still more!

We will also have our usual updates, but with some special presentations wedged into the beginning of our unusually packed meeting. These announcements include:
  • The ongoing battle to fight the "Redlands Crazy Train," a battle some of our like-minded conservatives in Redlands are waging with considerable effectiveness and determination. and
  • Petitions that will soon head out for signature, including a new ballot measure prohibiting Sacramento from extending the nutty and immoral "co-ed bathroom law" from public schools to all public accommodations.
  • A June 17 ObamaCare protest at the Rancho Cucamonga office of Pete Aguilar, a shameless supporter of everything Obama. (Details in the adjoining column.) Our protest is part of a nationwide effort protesting congressional hypocrisy on the topic.
  • Our own John Berry, who will be traveling to Denver in late June to participate in the Western Conservative Summit. The national Tea Party Patriots is sponsoring the well-attended Western Conservative Summit and a panel discussing the "Reboot, Grow, and Multiply" of Tea Party Patriots groups throughout the United States. John was asked to participate in a break-out session because of the success he has experienced in assisting Tea Party Patriots groups in getting on their feet in Southern California. John, in addition to being a cabinet member for the Redlands Tea Party Patriots, is also a California state coordinator for the Tea Party Patriots.
  • And of course we will promoting our July 4 event at Sylvan Park as well as our Aug. 8 meeting with the Politichicks! Tickets:
Our point?

The Redlands Tea Party Patriots are on the move and this will be another great meeting.

Oh! We have to congratulate the new Freedom Tea Party Patriots for its first incredibly successful meeting in Fontana on May 19! Kathy and Sean Ponce ran a meeting that packed the backroom of the Logan's Roadhouse. The meeting was so packed that the 100-plus people prompted management to remove the rear doors so the overflow crowd could spill into the adjoining patio. See the next column for future events and speakers. Here is the group's Facebook page:

The SoCal fight to overturn utility taxes is growing.
TeaPAC Pasadena,, headed by Mike Alexander, is in the process of repealing the unpopular and unneeded utility taxes in the Inland Empire communities of Upland, San Bernardino, Rialto, and Colton. TeaPAC Pasadena is working to repeal a host of utility taxes throughout Southern California (70 communities in five counties as a matter of fact) and these four San Bernardino County communities are the first targets in the Inland Empire. TeaPAC Pasadena needs at least three registered voters in these communities to step up as proponents wanting to repeal utility taxes in those towns. (There is no cost and no responsibility other than signing forms.) Please contact as soon as possible. Bottom line up front: utility taxes need relatively few valid signatures to qualify for the ballot, so a determined group of volunteers could collect enough signatures to overturn utility taxes in those cities.  The only way to make government smaller is by limiting government’s ability to extract money from the taxpayers.  As Mike Alexander said: “The only way to make government smaller is to make government smaller.”

Our own John Berry has been named a San Bernardino County coordinator for Utility Users Tax (UTT) repeal effort. You can reach him via You can contact him as well if you are willing to sponsor a UTT repeal in your city.

Also, TeaPAC Pasadena will be launching a petition drive in December or January supporting school choice. Stay tuned!

Unite IE Radio is the radio show for the most important political office, the private citizen.  We are looking for sponsors for the second half of our show.  If you have a business, you can support the cause while deducting the cost as an advertising expense.  If you are interested, please e-mail or call Greg Brittain at 909.327.8813.  AM 590 The Answer is the leading conservative talk station in the Inland Empire, the 26th largest radio market in the country.  [Unlike SANBAG, we don’t get taxpayer dollars for our show.]

Before we sign off, we must mention that the most excellent Citizen Ninja training is returning to the Inland Empire. This massively popular training is a great opportunity for you to learn how to get off the couch and into the political football field. "How to Become a Citizen Ninja" is a workshop designed for all Americans who recognize they have a duty to engage in the civic process but are unsure about how to go about it or are fearful of bullying tactics being used against them. "Learn how to sideline your fears!" training leader Mary Baker stresses in the training.  Big kudos to our friends in the San Bernardino County Federation of Republican Women (which includes the Redlands chapter) for helping to sponsor and organize the local training in Mentone. The flier is on our homepage (you may need to scroll down):

How you can connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, websites, smoke signals, etc.:
