Redlands Tea Party Patriots
The Politichicks are coming to Redlands!

Patriots!

We must have charmed the Politichicks at the Unite IE Conservative Conference in Riverside on Feb. 21 because they've accepted our invitation to attend a special meeting of the Redlands Tea Party Patriots on Aug. 8!

The Politichicks--Ann Marie Murrell, Morgan Brittany, and Dr. Gina Loudon--authored “What Women Really Want”...a massively popular book judging by the long line of readers who lined up to buy an autographed copy at the Unite IE convention!  [They are working on a companion pamphlet “What Men Really Want.”]

And by the way, in case you forgot, Dr. Gina Loudon of the Politichicks became our 900th BFF on Facebook last month...NOT BAD for local tea party group anywhere! We met her during the second annual Unite IE conservative conference in Riverside. She liked what she heard about us and reached out to become our Facebook BFF. Thanks Gina!

And while we're announcing future plans, we are just as ecstatic to announce that our 2015 Christmas party will include Bill Whittle of PJTV and Father Josiah Trenham. Bill Whittle is an insightful and funny conservative commentator who has appeared before with our friends at Redlands Town Hall. Father Josiah Trenham raised the rafters at Unite IE--and drew repeated standing ovations!

And before we say good-bye to March, we want to thank Dr. Duke Pesta for his special trip to the Redlands Tea Party Patriots and our partners for the event, Faithful Christian Servants, www.FaithfulChristianServants.com.

More than 100 people attended. Pesta got a standing ovation and a line of questioners that kept him at the Mill Creek Cattle Co. more than one hour after the March 25 meeting was supposed to conclude.  Please see:

The video is also at (https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=112&v=M_RB_22DEQc)

Here is a great and short video about Common Core and citizen involvement.  We call it “Just a Mom.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH-DsPxIS_A

We have two great meetings in April!

Dan Titus will present "Sustainable Development, Agenda 21 Exposed" on April 2. (www.iAgenda21.com) Titus explains the climate change agenda and how it relates to the San Bernardino County report, "Social Equity Through Sustainability: A Critical Introduction to the San Bernardino Countywide Vision Plan", a 12 element plan to limit standards of living via "conservation" and reinforced through the unpopular Common Core education. While “sustainability” sounds nice, Dan will explain the agenda behind that word.  Here is Dan’s report on San Bernardino County’s “sustainability” plan
 http://iagenda21.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/SB_Countywide_Vision_Plan_11-2014_Web_Version.pdf

On April 30, Trevor Loudon, will discuss his book, "The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the US Congress."  A documentary of his book will be released in late 2015.  (His website is www.TrevorLoudon.com) Trevor is a great motivational speaker for the cause of freedom, although he speaks with a slight “southern accent.” [We are meeting on 4/30 to accommodate Trevor's schedule, so we will NOT meet on May 7.]

Other news:

We are spreading the forces of liberty throughout Southern California! We have recently helped to stand up new groups in Palm Springs, San Bernardino, and Fontana, among other Inland Empire locations. This local growth is important because we are part of a national strategy from the Tea Party Patriots to double local groups nationwide from 500 to 1,000.

One new group we're T-H-R-I-L-L-E-D to announce is the Freedom Tea Party Patriots! This is one of the new groups which volunteered to make a difference at the Unite IE conference in February. Well, their first meeting is May 19! The Freedom Tea Party Patriots are headquartered in Fontana, which is an area with a lot of conservatives needing leadership. Their first speaker is our old friend Tim Donnelly! (What a GREAT start for a new group!). The Freedom group already has meetings scheduled for June and July as well!

While we are growing nationally as well as in the Inland Empire, we need you to play your part by going to www.teapartypatriots.org and signing up! The Tea Party Patriots have completely renovated the website, which now features more tools and information for activists. Overall, we have nearly 1,700 people subscribed to our newsletter, but only about 150 of us have signed up at www.teapartypatriots.org. By signing up, you will be connecting with other like-minded patriots. In addition, a new function on the national Tea Party Patriots website lets you automatically associate yourself with the Redlands Tea Party Patriots once you enroll.

Please also check out their excellent weekly legislative updates published on Mondays,

News about 2016 ballot measures:
Remember the effort to repeal the so-called "co-ed bathroom law?" (You know, the one that lets public school students share bathrooms, locker rooms, sports teams all based on the gender they want to be versus the one they actually are? The most immoral and nutty law to ever come out of Sacramento? Yeah! THAT ONE!) Anyway, about June, a new ballot initiative that will forbid the same whacko idea being extended to public bathrooms could go out for signature. We will play a significant part in signature collection. Also: In January, a school vouchers initiative should go out for signature. Stay tuned!

And Don't Forget: The Redlands City Council wants to raise our water rates taxes by 14%!
Within months of an election, the Redlands City Council wants to raise our water taxes 7% in 2015 and another 7% in 2016. This is a backdoor way to raise taxes on us that escapes voter approval. According to the Redlands Daily Facts, the City Council will discuss the hikes during an upcoming meeting. Here's the reality of the Redlands City Council: they are a leftist cabal that loves raising taxes whenever possible. The only time they hesitate is when the public stands up to their liberal desires -- as was the case last year when they wanted to put another tax increase on the 2014 ballot.  [Do you suppose they want to raise water rates taxes to cover the “sustainability” projects they wanted the tax increase for?]

Quick! Sign up for Facebook and join the lively discussion with your fellow patriots!
We want to clear the 1,000 member hurdle! Overall, we reject about half of our applicants because they are spammers, bots, and agitators. We welcome actual people who want to share news and information relating to conservative causes.

Quick! Get Exclusive and Conservative Perspectives of Ongoing Congressional Action!
In a new and significant web site benefit only for members, the Tea Party Patriots are now allowing all members to listen in on its weekly legislative update from Bill Pascoe, a tea partier who has been running conservative campaigns for decades. Bill Pascoe knows Congress better than most people who actually work there. Each week, Bill updates the 300 local coordinators of the Tea Party Patriots about inside info affecting Congress and upcoming legislation. He dishes on inside information you won't get from anywhere else. As of Monday, Bill Pascoe's legislative updates are now recorded for all members of the Tea Party Patriots to hear. You must enroll at
www.teapartypatriots.org to hear them. (After logging in, click Legislative Updates and the week you want to hear.)  Pascoe’s legislative updates are more insightful and informative than anything you’ll read or hear in the media.
