Scheduled inbound flight capacity to the Americas is predicted to increase by four percent in 2017 compared to last year. Flights from South Asia (11.2%) and Northeast Asia (5.2%) are set to contribute toward growth in 2017. Flight capacity to the Americas from Southeast Asia is holding firm (scheduled 1.1% increase on 2016). Flight frequencies from airports in West Asia and Central Asia to the Americas in 2017 will likely remain at the same level as 2016.
