In this report we highlight the threat of cyber threats in the travel industry and the urgent need to adopt a cyber security framework to identify, monitor and control potential crises. Cybersecurity is the backbone for advancing travel innovations. With sound data protection in place, travel companies can fully leverage big data to support new products and services, revenue management, better customer relationships and more efficient operation.
