Impressive growth in scheduled seat capacity from China for 2016

Scheduled seat capacity from China to Europe is expected to reach 8.4 million this year, a 15.1 percent increase compared to 2015. Seat capacity to the Americas is scheduled to reach 7.7 million, representing significant growth of 22.3 percent. Seat capacity to destinations in Africa and the Pacific is also expected to experience growth in double digits from China in 2016.

Greenview partners with Cornell to improved hotel sustainability benchmarking
 

Greenview partnered with Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) to release the latest benchmarks from an ongoing international project to create default sustainability data for the global hotel industry. The report, “Hotel Sustainability Benchmarking Index 2016: Energy, Water, and Carbon,” led by Eric Ricaurte, Founder and CEO of Greenview, in collaboration with eleven global hotel firms, analyzes data provided for 8,880 properties. The report, which details the Cornell Hotel Sustainability Benchmark Index (CHSB), is available at no charge from the CHR at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Read More.
