Dose of Joe:

  • Today, Joe Biden will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina. In the afternoon, Vice President Biden will attend a Biden for President Black economic summit. Jill Biden will virtually travel to Western Wisconsin to participate in a conversation with Congressman Ron Kind on the impact of the pandemic on women in Western Wisconsin and how a Biden-Harris administration would rebuild the economy.

  • Cindy McCain, Senator John McCain's wide, endorsed Joe Biden last night, tweeting: "My husband John lived by a code: country first. We are Republicans, yes, but Americans foremost. There's only one candidate in this race who stands up for our values as a nation, and that is Joe Biden." Read more here.

  • Yesterday, Joe Biden released a video in response to Donald Trump’s comments saying that COVID-19 “affects virtually nobody.” In his direct to camera response, Biden emphasizes that this “virus spares no one,” and that the 200,000 deaths are people’s family members, loved ones, and co-workers.

  • Yesterday, Biden for President announced its radio advertising program across nine battleground states, including Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, with two new spots: “Above All Else” and “Our Kids.”

  • Biden for President will host a virtual vigil honoring Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Fatima Goss Graves, civil rights activist Jim Obergefell, Little Lobbyists co-founder Elena Hung, DACA recipient Ilse Cruz, and others will pay tribute to the vast impact of Justice Ginsburg’s legacy on different communities, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, the Jewish community, immigrants, and more. The event will be livestreamed by Now This and you can RSVP HERE.

  • Biden for President will host the launch of their Young American BEST (Business and Entrepreneur Talks) Series. The BEST Series will include virtual events that will work to mobilize young and diverse business leaders, discuss Joe Biden’s plan to help small businesses build back better, and provide resources to help growing businesses navigate this difficult time. The event will also highlight all that young entrepreneurs and small business owners do to drive America’s economic strength. You can RSVP HERE
