Thoroughbreds For All
A Celebration of Racehorses in Second Careers

Presented by New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program
and Retired Racehorse Project
Thoroughbreds For All, an event that showcases the versatility of the Thoroughbred horse, will once again be hosted at the conclusion of the dressage phase of the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event on Friday, April 24. Hosted at New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program’s Lexington facility, West Wind Farm, the event will run from 5-9 p.m. and will include a Southern-style buffet dinner.

This year’s powerhouse lineup will include Laine Ashker, a regular competitor at Rolex Kentucky CCI**** and rider of the magnificent off-track Thoroughbred Anthony Patch; international high-performance dressage rider, trainer, coach and clinician Reese Koffler-Stanfield; and world-class colt trainer and winner of both the 2014 Kentucky Reining Cup and the 2014 All-American Quarter Horse Congress Freestyle Reining Dan James of Double Dan Horsemanship. All three of these great horsemen will share their experiences in working with Thoroughbreds before an expected crowd of over 600 Thoroughbred enthusiasts.

All sessions will be moderated by Steuart Pittman of the Retired Racehorse Project and Anna Ford, Program Director for New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program. The event will take place just 15 miles from the Kentucky horse park. Tickets are limited to 600 and are available for purchase online at https://eventbrite.com/event/15518199352  for $35 each. Proceeds from the event will benefit New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program and Retired Racehorse Project. Both are 501(c) 3 charitable organizations.
