Secondment opportunities
Keisha Smith, Principal engineer at CGL, is the latest to benefit from the secondment opportunities that WISE can broker for its members. Keisha, who is a civil engineer and chartered environmentalist, is working at WISE to identify early research ideas which can be developed further into WISE IP. In addition to offering in house opportunities WISE can also broker secondments between member organisations and publicise suitable short term vacancies on our website. WISE Knowledge Sharing Event: How to engage girls in STEM 
The RAF has run residential WISE weeks for girls since 2009. At this Knowledge Sharing, they will share the principles of an effective intervention for girls: a combination of experiential learning, enhanced employability skills and early careers information. Find out more
