THE NOMINATIONS MEETING IS 6:00PM WEDNESDAY! Please join us as the nominations committee presents the nominees. Nominations will also be welcomed from the floor. The leadership of the club is vitally important to a strong, vibrant club. Please consider showing your support by coming to the meeting.
INVITATION TO JOIN 2014 PACRIM ACTIVITIES!
As members of the Bellingham Yacht Club, you are already aware of PacRim 2014, to be held from the 6th
of September here in Bellingham. There is a full and complete week of exciting sailboat racing, ambassador events and ceremonies that the PacRim 2014 Planning Committee have been working on for two years and we would like to ensure that each and everyone of you know that you are invited to participate in the planned events as described below.

You are welcome to join us for all the events by signing up at the PacRim 2014 Registration Page
and there are several events that you can attend at no cost. These include the Wednesday Night Potluck (as a potluck, feel free to bring your favorite dish for 6-8 people
), Viewing The Race From The Spectator Boat
, and joining the racers and visiting ambassadors at the BYC At The End Of Each Day
(from 4:30’ish on.
) You are also cordially invited to attend other events such as the opening and closing, and daily ambassador tours although there is an “at cost” fee.

COME DOWN AND MEET THE PACRIM PARTICIPANTS on Sunday September 7th at 6:00 pm from sister cities Tateyama, Japan; Port Stephens, Australia; Tauranga, New Zealand; Nadhodka, Russia; and Victoria, B.C. Help us bring to our guests, a great celebration and show of support! There will be light appetizers at Windows On The Bay and we would like to offer a fine “Friday’s at Five” display with a pot luck of side dishes to complete the festivities on the BYC side.
