INTRODUCING THE OPENFUNDS ASSOCIATION
As of January 2017, we have established an association to represent, manage, extend and improve the openfunds standard. It is the association’s goal to provide and maintain an open, extensible and cost-free standard that enables the automated transfer and validation of fund data (for a quick overview, read the whitepaper).
The standard is free for everyone to use, including members as well as non-members of the association. To stay on top of all the new developments, we encourage all interested companies active in the fund industry to become a member:
This is free-of-charge. Becoming an Informational Member means you will officially endorse openfunds by publishing your company’s logo on www.openfunds.org/about-us. We will keep you regularly informed about all important developments concerning openfunds, invite you to participate in informational events, and accept your proposals for the expansion and optimisation of the standard. This membership will replace the “Supporter” status. Click to download the application form (English, German). We recommend that all current “Supporters” apply.
Cost: 3000 CHFs / year. Becoming an Active Member gives your company a more active role in the association which includes sending 3 delegates to our annual meeting. Click to download the application form (English, German).
For more details about the openfunds association, download the Articles of Association (English, German) which describes the structure and purpose of the openfunds association.
The openfunds association welcomes the following new members:
Swiss Finance Network GmbH
Clearstream Banking SA
This brings the total number to 45 internationally active companies who back the openfunds standard. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about openfunds.
