November 2017
Because of your support, we are helping save a beautiful and incredibly rare fish! Last month, we found a Vermilion darter population upstream from our 2013 dam removal site in Turkey Creek. This is great news because it indicates that removing the dam has expanded the endangered fish's habitat! Learn more.
More than thirty of you joined us for a beautiful hike through our conservation property in Birmingham's Village Creek Canyon. Check out our highlights video!
Join us for our final hike of the fall season on Sunday, December 03 from 2-4 PM. More details here.

And save the date for Naked Art Gallery's annual It's Not The Mall Y'all on Friday, December 15 from 5-8 PM. We'll be serving as your guest bartenders and 100% of the tips will benefit Freshwater Land Trust!
