Dear NAQC Members,

Planning for the FY2015 Annual Survey is well underway and we wanted to provide NAQC members with key dates and updates.

Monday, August 31, 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Eastern Time): Training Webinar for the FY2015 Annual Survey
We hope that you can join us for this presentation to learn more about the FY2015 Annual Survey, how it has changed from the FY2013 Annual Survey, how to complete and submit data, and where to go if you have questions or need assistance.
September 2 – October 6, 2015: Field Dates for the FY2015 Annual Survey
The FY2015 Annual Survey will open on September 2 and close on October 6. NAQC staff will be available throughout the field dates to assist and answer questions about data submission.
January 2016: FY2015 Annual Survey Data Presentation Webinar
The presentation of data from the FY2015 Annual Survey will be held in January 2016. We will send out a “Save-the-Date” email for this webinar in Fall 2015.
