NAQC Conference 2012: Lodging Information Now Available!

Dear Colleagues!

We have less than four months until the NAQC Conference 2012 in Kansas City, Missouri! The conference will take place on August 13-14 and will focus on building the capacity of the quitline community to improve the availability and quality of its services while responding to fiscal year and policy challenges and opportunities. This e-bulletin includes three important updates regarding the conference:

Please note that the NAQC conference will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 1301 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. The main meeting will be held in the Starlight Ballroom. Please reserve your rooms today at the NCTOH booking website. Special conference and government rates are available until July 17, 2012 and rooms are limited. Make sure to book your rooms as early as possible to ensure the best rate.
Note: if no additional rooms are available at Crowne Plaza, please reserve a room at the other properties reserved by the NCTOH.

Many of you have registered for the NAQC Conference and we appreciate your support of this important event. Those of you that have not yet submitted the registration form, you can do so here. The call for abstracts is open until April 2, 2012. Please learn more about the abstract submission process here.
