|Comment Deadline February 5
Greetings! On December 18, 2009 the first draft of Call Center Metrics: Best Practices in Performance Measurement and Management to Maximize Quitline Efficiency and Quality was delivered to all members and you were invited to review and comment on this draft by participating in the oral and/or written comment processes. The deadline for comments is this Friday, February 5. If you have not already done so, you can submit your comments on this particular paper’s first draft:
Webinars will be held on February 3 from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM EST and February 5 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM EST. For more information on either webinar, please visit NAQC's Web site.
Use our online survey tool to submit your written comments on the draft paper. Copies of all comments received will be shared with the author and presented to the NAQC Advisory Council during their February meeting.
