Greetings NAQC Members!
The first draft of NAQC’s seventh Quality Improvement Initiative Issue Paper, “Quitline Service Offering Models: A Review of the Evidence and Recommendations for Practice in Times of Limited Resources,”
will be delivered to NAQC members for their review on April 13, 2012
. As is the case with each issue paper, NAQC members are being asked to provide feedback on the first draft by participating in oral and/or written comment processes. Below you will find details on how to submit your valuable thoughts on the paper’s first draft.
Conference Call to Provide Oral Feedback
April 18th from 3:30 – 5PM ET
Join us via conference call to hear a brief introduction of the paper by the author and participate in a facilitated discussion of the paper’s strengths and weaknesses. A detailed summary of the call will be written and distributed to all NAQC members, the author, and presented to the NAQC Advisory Council during its April meeting.
Online Survey Tool to Provide Written Feedback
NAQC will use an online survey to gather written comments on the draft paper. We will ask members to comment on the paper’s major strengths and weaknesses through a series of guided questions. The written feedback process will close on April 27th
. Copies of all comments received will be shared with the author and those received prior to April 20th
will be presented to the NAQC Advisory Council during its April meeting.
Be sure to look for an ebulletin from us on April 13th
that will include the draft paper along with a reminder on how to provide us with your valuable comments. The final paper is expected to be released mid-June. Please contact Tamatha Thomas-Haase
should you have any questions!
