We had two pleasant evenings last Tuesday and Thursday with SLP's shortlisted writers in #AthomewithSLP, and there are four more to go until the awards ceremony! Starting with tonight's third panel "The Pen and the Past", look forward to thought-provoking discussions on topics such as history, diversity and the role of writers in these troubled times with the best of SingLit. 

If you have a favourite writer, now is your chance to show some love for them! Vote for your favourite Chinese, English, Malay and Tamil shortlisted books so that they will be crowned the first-ever SLP Readers’ Favourite! Charmaine Leung’s autobiographical novel 17A Keong Saik Road was brought to life as a dramatised reading in March this year. This panel discussion brings together the producer, director, playwright and author to share their experiences on bringing the novel to stage.

The panel discussion is open to the public and writers interested in adapting literary works for stage.
