Public programme application for AFCC 2019 is now open! Applicants interested in being part of AFCC’s public programmes can submit their proposal for a book launch, or a public performance or activity to be held at the festival.

Singapore Book Council (SBC) is a charity founded in 1968. Our mission is to Build Our Imagine-nation by developing creativity, imagination and original thought through writing, reading, illustration and storytelling. We organise literary arts festivals, training workshops and give out awards to recognise excellence in the field.
