Dear Friends and Neighbors,
WeCAN grew a lot in 2018 and we are excited to continue and expand in 2019! Thank you to Truman who served on the 2018 Board of Directors but is sadly leaving the neighborhood. Thank you to Cindy, Dave, Megan, Michael and Jude for continuing to serve on our WeCAN Board of Directors; and we welcome Jessica, Phil and Cole to the WeCAN Board of Directors 2019. Also a shout out to our current WeCAN Committee member Karen and Keith; and we welcome Josh and Jason as new Committee members in 2019.

Don’t be a Victim to Porch Pirates!
With the holiday season ramping up – don’t be a victim to porch pirates! Are you ordering online and having packages delivered to your home? Here are four tips from Denver Police District 1 to ensure your package is not stolen off your front porch:
- Have your package delivered to a safe place – your work site, a trusted neighbor
- Track delivery so you can be home when your package arrives
- Choose a shipping option that requires a signature for delivery
- Ask the shipping company to hold your package for pick up at their facility

Stadium District Near Mile High

On October 30, planners hosted the second public workshop for the Stadium District Master Plan, to envision a neighborhood hub on the south side of Broncos Stadium at Mile High. If you missed that workshop, you can weigh in on ideas for the neighborhood by taking a short survey.
