West Colfax Clean-Up Day - October 6

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

The fall West Colfax Clean-up Day will happen Saturday, October 6, 9:00am; please join us! WeCAN partners with Extreme Community Makeover twice a year to help clean-up West Colfax and help neighbors in need with yard work.

This fun event brings West Colfax neighbors together to beautify the community we all share. Lunch is provided and kids are welcome (as long as there is an adult to supervise them).

Interested in joining the WeCAN Team on October 6th? Please contact Diana at Diana@wecandenver.org or 303-550-9853.

Feedback Needed: Denver's Draft Comprehensive Plan 2040

Comprehensive Plan 2040 is the 20-year vision for Denver and its people, and reflects the voice of thousands who have shared their hopes, concerns and dreams for the future. City leaders will use its recommendations to guide the decisions that shape our city over the next 20 years.

The draft plans are available for public review and comment through October 31st at denvergov.org/denveright. Read the plan, executive summary, and take the survey!

Watch the Denveright: Comprehensive Plan 2040 video on YouTube.

Denver Parks & Recreation (DPR) is in the process of implementing a “technical update” to its current Dog Park Master Plan which was completed in 2010. The public is invited to learn more about this effort, ask questions, and share ideas about the future of Denver’s dog parks.

If you haven’t taken the online survey yet, click here for English and click here for Spanish!

The survey will close on October 29, 2018.
