Meet the Cast of Terra Nova

Flat Earth Company Members and Long-Time Collaborators Make Up Our Team of Antarctic Explorers

Chris Chiampa as
Capt. Robert Falcon Scott

A favorite on the Flat Earth stage, Chris (Pygmalion, The Memorandum, The Pillowman) returns as Terra Nova's intrepid though tunnel-visioned Captain Scott, who leads his team to the bottom of the earth — and the brink of disaster. Outside Flat Eath, Chris is adapting and directing a radio play of The Mysterious Traveler with the Post-Meridian Radio Players in their "Spring Adventure Spectacular" March 19–28.
Kamela Dolinova as
Kathleen Scott

Last seen with Flat Earth as Yarrow/Franny in What Once We Felt, Kamela takes on the role of the headstrong Kathleen Scott, the passionate and independent artist keen on raising the son of a national hero, with or without him. Most recently, Kamela portrayed Pallas Athena in Theatre@First's production of Trojan Women.
Samuel Frank as
Roald Amundsen

Coming off his terrifying portrayal of The Director in Flat Earth's Reader last summer, Sam tackles Terra Nova's surreal antagonist Roald Amundsen, nemesis to Captain Scott and leader of the rival team of Norwegians racing to beat the Englishmen to the Pole. Never actually meeting Scott in the flesh, Amundsen haunts Scott as a ghostly reminder of his own failure.
Matt Arnold as
"Birdie" Bowers

Matt (The Memorandum) plays the seemingly unflappable Lt. Bowers, whose good humor and cheery disposition keep the exploring party sane in the face of disaster. Check out Matt as Stevie in Arlington Friends of the Drama's Good People, closing this weekend, while you still can!
James Hayward as
"Uncle Bill" Wilson

A veteran and long-time company member of Flat Earth, James (Reader, Bug, Complete Works) brings to life the amicable and rational mind of Dr. Wilson, Terra Nova's moral compass. Last winter, James directed the original radio play adaption Lovecraft's Unnamable Tales with Flat Earth.
Kevin Kordis as
"Titus" Oates

A long-standing company member, Kevin (The Memorandum, Copenhagen, et al.) is no stranger to the Flat Earth stage. He takes on the role of Capt. Oates, a war veteran whose strict loyalty spurs him to make the largest sacrifice. Kevin is also a member of Wax Wings Productions, where he is a resident actor and playwright.
Robin Gabrielli as
"Taffy" Evans

Robin (Reader, Rocket Man) graces the stage as the lamentable Evans, whose enthusiasm for the trek dooms not only himself, but the entire expedition. Currently, Robin is preparing for the role of Father Brendan Flynn in Flyleaf Theater's production of Doubt, which will be mounted in Berlin, Mass January 23–25.
