Key Findings from Last Week's Polls

The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and 2020 Presidential election have impacted the frequency with which pollsters ask about our issues of focus. We will continue to provide relevant polling updates as they are made available.

Key Findings from Recent Polls
  • 54% of Montana voters say that politicians in Washington support policies because they help corporate special interest groups who support or donate to their campaigns “most of the time,” while an additional 36% say they do “sometimes.” 6% say “rarely” and only 1% say “never.” (End Citizens United/PPP)

  • This perception is bipartisan: 62% of Montana Democrats say “most of the time” and 26% say “sometimes.” (End Citizens United/PPP)

  • Among Montana Republicans, 41% say “most of the time” and 49% say “sometimes.” (End Citizens United/PPP)

  • 60% of Montana independents say “most of the time” and 32% say “sometimes.” (End Citizens United/PPP)
