As the school year has come to a close, we celebrate our 121 graduating seniors and their accomplishments; it is a great joy to walk alongside them on their four-year journey through college prep education.
Given the ongoing toll of COVID, the real-life challenges our students face in accessing a college prep education, and the changing landscape of education in the Bay Area, we know the support of our benefactors is more important than ever. We are grateful for your partnership as we know the work we do creates a tremendous impact for good in the Bay Area.
We especially want to acknowledge our 13 Partner Schools for creating the conditions that our Bay Scholars need to learn, grow, and achieve at the highest possible levels. These students you support today will be tomorrow’s leaders.
At a time when one day can feel more chaotic than the day before, we remain focused on our Scholars and the inspiration they provide through their thoughtfulness, resilience, and unending potential.
In gratitude,
Caitlin Curran-Kavanagh Executive Director

It was also a chance to taste wonderful wines from Veeder House, Clint Reilly’s winery. Continue reading >
Supporter Spotlight: Aaron Sisk
“Seeing what Bay Scholars has accomplished at their last annual luncheon and the impact their scholarships have made for those children gave me chills. I could hear the difference in the speeches they gave that day and was inspired with their ambitions to make change we so desperately need today. We all need to do our part and after that lunch I made a pledge to myself to help anyway I can.” (Aaron Sisk)
