All right, so it's Monday. We've already served you Tony Abbott's mug with your mug of coffee, and last Thursday we launched Clemens Habicht's 100 FACES. That's a lot of countenances to contemplate. Can we be honest? It kinda knocked us out. That's why the newsletter is a little short this week. But we're recharging our batteries and exfoliating our bodies with sea salt. In fact, on Thursday you're invited to our first-ever photography exhibition From The SEA. Yes, you! It's going to be amazing and we hope to SEA you there. Love always - jw.
Since we merged with SEA in 2013, we've been representing onshore and offshore photographers who have crazy, beautiful, bottomless amounts of talent. You're cordially invited to the Opening Night of our very first photography exhibition, From The Sea, this Thursday. Hosted by JCP Gallery and featuring work from Clare Plueckhahn, Daniel Boud, Emma Phillips, Hayley Sparks, James Newman, Jesse Marlow, Lara Jade, Nick Turpin, Paul Torcello and Phil Toledano, it's gonna be a must-SEA show. Sorry for the puns, we're just a stream of emotions today.
Mimi Leung for Desktop Magazine

Mimi Leung‘s painting of Tony Abbott is on the cover of Desktop mag this month. We know, we know, it may be a little disconcerting to see Tony’s mug as you sip from your mug of coffee on a Monday, but look at all those colours! There’s also a profile of Mimi’s work from the outback for magazine subscribers. Click here and you’ll find out what the real title of Tony’s likeness is.
We are as proud as punch to announce that our photography branch, SEA, is holding its first-ever exhibition at JCP Gallery in Cremorne next Thursday, April 10. Featuring the fine photographic work of both onshore and offshore artists, it should go without saying that this is a must-SEA show. Each photographer has taken the word SEA and surfaced a stunning set of images. You’ll be gutted if you don’t SEA ‘em. Join us at Opening Night and get tongue-tide from 6pm-9pm.
And that's your lot for this week. Parting is such sweet sorrow that I shall say goodbye til it be morrow,
