Hello CSA members
This spring has been amazing! The warm weather early on gave us spring fever - making us feel like we should be transplanting tomatoes. Luckily there are more seasonal temperatures in the forecast and this will help as we finish up the last planning for the upcoming season.

As we look to the coming season we are really excited about the switch to a Thursday delivery. The added day will give us more time to harvest, wash and pack your CSA boxes and lead to a more diverse and valuable box each week. Our goal is and always has been to provide you a return on the food dollars you have invested in our farm. We hope to meet more members this season as we open our walking trails, and give gleaning opportunities. Also new this years is free raspberry picking for CSA members. Strawberries will still be packed into your boxes and at the end of the season also be open for CSA picking.

We have received many CSA order forms but have not heard from all of you. It is not too late to become a 2012 CSA member! Those delicious first salad greens, the ongoing givings of sweet carrot, and the mouth watering assortment of tomatoes are just around the corner.

We are extending the early bird discount to all returning members until April 1. So don't delay in reserving your share of the bountiful harvest, as we expect to sell out of CSA shares this year.

If you have any questions or feel like visiting the farm before the berry patches open please feel free to contact us.

Your Farmers,

Cate and Mat
