Hi <<First Name>>

Hope you're surviving the tough economic time.

It truly grieves our hearts that so many businesses are shutting down due to government-mandated restrictions AND public fear of being out in group settings.

We advocate being extra careful with sanitizing, masks when in groups, and social distancing. But we don’t advocate being afraid or bullying others to conform to a particular standard.

Let's let kindness and grace prevail.

Support Local Businesses If You Can

If you buy gift cards at Christmas, this year consider buying from small stores or franchises that were hit hard by Covid shutdowns. We need to help keep smaller brick and mortar shops in business.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread Recipe

This is a family tradition at the Economides home. Every year Annette takes Halloween pumpkins (picked up for free after Halloween), cooks and processes the flesh, then freezes it to be used in December baking.

She bakes close to 100 loaves of pumpkin bread (in various sizes) to be distributed to teachers, coaches, mechanics and even the mailman and garbage truck driver.

What the Loaves Cost: The loaves are inexpensive (about $1 for a large loaf and about 25 cents for a small one).

She wraps them in aluminum foil and finishes it off with two pieces of curling ribbon (lately it’s been red and white).

This is a popular bread recipe to bake in the Fall when people are putting pumpkin flavor in just about everything from coffee to donuts, to ice cream!

Please disregard the fact that Matt Laur did the interview, the information we share is valuable despite his character flaws.
