2012 Has Come and Gone...
I was in three art events this year, St. Paul Art Crawl, Dia de los Meurtos and Holiday RAWk. I also showed my art at the cute and cozy coffee shop, West Side Perk, in Bloomington. I sold two original paintings this fall. The first one I sold to a lovely lady named Barb in St. Paul. She connected with the piece "Way Over" at the St. Paul Art Crawl. She loved her mischievous smile. I also gave "Notes, Notes, Notes" a new home to a couple north of Minneapolis.
I was thankful to be in my first St. Paul art event this year. The second weekend in October I participated in the St. Paul Art Crawl. My work was on display at the Rossmor building, on the top floor. The view of Lowertown was amazing from up there. Even though the weather was dreary and the turnout was lower than average, I had a great time!

During the Red Hot Art event I was acquainted with a lovely northeast gallery, Altered Esthetics. The gallery was founded in 2004, every month or so there is a new art show. In November, I participated in Día de los Muertos at Altered Esthetics.
I am showing three pieces in Rule of Thirds. Opening reception is January 4th starts at 7pm. Join me for the event. Show runs from 01/03/12 till 01/24/12. Check the Altered Esthetics gallery website for hours.

Last but not least I participated in the Holiday RAWk event. A little loud and a little wild, it was definitely an honor to be be invited to show my work at the Fine Line Cafe. I met a lot awesome people at the show. I do apologize if I was yelling in your ear because of the loud music.
