[NOTE: Regular Schedule for Worship this Morning--9/16/18]

Responding to God's Grace
Genesis 28:10-22

Last week we saw God showing amazing expressions of His grace to Jacob, a terribly broken manipulator.  God chooses apart from our worthiness, and speaks to our immediate and greatest needs.  This week we will look at the various ways that Jacob responds to God's grace.  We will consider how we should respond to the Lord and His plan to transform and mature us.  Genesis 28.10-22, this Sunday.

Nicene Creed

This Sunday we will start using the Nicene Creed in our service to confess our faith together. The Nicene Creed was originally produced at the Council of Nicea in 325 ad. and amended in 381 at the Council of Constantinople. It adds some elements to the Apostle's Creed in ways that helped to combat heresies in the Nicene age, and those elements help us today in following Christ faithfully and fruitfully.
