Before month’s end, Madison Group will launch sales for ALiAS Condos, a blazing beacon of rock & roll attitude and edgy sophistication coming soon to Church and Richmond. Standing 45-storeys above Toronto, this iconic building will complement the city with a textured, geometric pattern of gold-coloured window frames on its facade, topped with an iridescent gold penthouse that will sparkle on the city’s skyline.
With 546 suites, 18,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenity space, and over 7,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail space, ALiAS is built to provide an elevated experience in every facet of living. ALiAS offers modern amenities including a fully equipped fitness centre, indoor and outdoor private play areas for children, party rooms complete with a pizza oven, an experiential pet spa and much more. On theme, the project will feature stand-out design moments such as a Baccarat for Chrome Hearts crystal chandelier hanging above the monolithic reception desk. Directed by the award-winning teams at Teeple Architects, Turner Fleischer Architects, Studio Munge, and MBTW, the future development will breathe new life into the area.
