Web Filing Webinars 

January webinars now open for registration 

This month, over 400 customers participated in the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia's (LTSA) new Web Filing webinars. Participants are telling us it has been helpful to see the changes coming to myLTSA when Web Filing becomes available. 

Web Filing is an update to the LTSA's electronic filing system that will be introduced in early 2020. Web Filing forms are prepared online and eliminate the need for offline PDF form templates.

In a Web Filing webinar, participants will learn how to:
  • Know the difference between a Web Filing form and a PDF form template
  • Set up a Juricert certificate in myLTSA
  • Set up a Property Transfer Tax payment authorization
  • Create a Web Filing package and add applications
  • Submit an application to the Land Title Office

Q2 Progress on Stakeholder and Customer Objectives

As a customer-centric organization, the LTSA continually works to improve collaboration with its stakeholders and enhance customer experience. 


The LTSA recently reported its progress on Stakeholder and Customer objectives in Q2, including the processing of approximately 890,000 online business transactions. These objectives are outlined in the 2019 Business Plan and reporting on the progress being made reflects the LTSA's commitment to delivering accountable, reliable and trusted public administration.

Updated Land Title Publications 

New versions of the Land Title Practice Manual and Land Title Electronic Forms Guidebook are now available 


CLEBC has published updates to the Land Title Practice Manual and Land Title Electronic Forms Guidebook. Both titles are published under authority of the LTSA. Updates incorporate legislative amendments to Part 10.1 of the Land Title Act, that came into effect November 15, 2019. Both print (with online access) or online-only versions are available.
