Unyts Bucket List Bash

Statler City
Friday, April 24th

5:30pm - 8:30pm

The Bucket List Bash is back for its fourth year! Once again, Unyts its helping people check items off their bucket list, including walking the red carpet in front of paparazzi's cameras, learning to dance, getting a tattoo, and more.

B Team is looking for volunteers to run the various bucket list booths, serve food, and manage other duties as needed. The night is broken into two shifts (5:00-7:00 and 7:00-9:00), so you'll be able to enjoy the event for free before or after your volunteering!

Interested in volunteering? Email nick@bteambuffalo.com for more information.

Red Jacket Riverfront Park Clean-Up

Saturday, April 25th

10:00am - 12:00pm

Celebrate Earth Day with us by cleaning up Red Jacket River Front Park on Saturday, April 25th. We are adopting Red Jacket Riverfront Park again for the 2015 Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper Spring Shoreline Sweep. This park is at the foot of Smith Street on the Buffalo River.

Last year, we revealed more natural beauty by removing 22 bags of garbage and 15 bags of recyclables from this park.

We invite you to come out with us and help beautify the park. There will be a volunteer appreciation party following the completion of the clean-up. To volunteer for this event, send an email to joanna@bteambuffalo.com.
Trimania
Tri-Main Center
Saturday, April 18th

8:00am - 2:00am

Every few years, for one night and one night only, BAS transforms six floors of the Tri-Main Center, a former manufacturing facility, with live bands, DJs, dancers, performers, comedians, poets, and visual artists, and provides the community with an opportunity to discover the vast Tri-Main Center.

Visitors can explore artist’s studios at BAS as well as other businesses that call Tri-Main home, while they take in the crowds, performers, and installations throughout the building.

Send Hunger Packing
Follow Up

On Monday, March 31, 20 B Teamer's came together to Send Hunger Packing! Over 180 pounds of food was sorted, mixed, and bagged into "trail mix bags." These bags were donated to Code Blue Relief Mission and the Seneca Babcock Community Center to use for their homeless and food pantry outreach programs, respectively. We were also joined by the founders of Code Blue Relief Mission, who discussed the work they do in the community, and how the trail mix bags will be given out to the individuals they work with. In total, we created 430 trail mix bags!

Thank you volunteers, and thank you to Lawley Insurance for your generous donation to help us purchase the food and supplies to make Send Hunger Packing possible.
