Osteria Philadelphia's Chef Jeff Michaud welcomes Chef Mark Ladner for a memorable dining experience. Osteria is featuring an evening of classic Italian fare with the menu moving from Southern to Northern Italy.

Chef Mark Ladner is executive chef and partner at Del Posto, Westside Manhattan's own little piece of Italian heaven. The Michelin star awarded restaurant specializes in Cuccina New Yorkese, or a sensible interpenetration of of modern Italian-American cuisine.  Del Posto fittingly meaning 'of the place' always uses responsibly raised and locally sourced products. Chef Ladner is also the co-author of Molto Gusto with famed Chef Mario Batali. When he is not chasing after his children or studying Japanese culture, he can be found in the corner of Del Posto's kitchen.
