Gentle yoga styles help to get the body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul. As the COVID-19 crisis continues, health and wellness are becoming an even more important theme in our lives. Working to improve our physical, mental and spiritual states will help us be at our best when this pandemic passes. From better breathing to focus and flexibility, getting into yoga will have you reaping the benefits in no time.
